GAPS Stage 1
A Recipe for Milk Kefir
Milk Kefir - A fermented milk drink that originated in the Caucasus Mountains, likely thousands of years ago. Kefir differs from other GAPS dairy products because it is made of bacteria and yeast and as such can cause some serious die off in some people and is therefore best introduced for those people at the end of the protocol. -
